The Natchez-Adams School District will accept un-priced sealed bids until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at the Administrative Office Building of the Natchez-Adams School District, Purchasing Department, 10 Homochitto Street, Natchez, MS 39120, at which time said bids for the purchase of the following item(s) will be publicly opened, read aloud and taken under advisement at 4:00 P.M.:
 
“DIGITAL WATCHDOG SCHOOL SECURITY CAMERA EQUIPMENT”

All submissions must be sealed and plainly addressed to Natchez-Adams School District, Attention:  Chief Melvin Davis, Safety/Security Supervisor, and clearly marked: “DIGITAL WATCHDOG SCHOOL SECURITY CAMERA EQUIPMENT” on the front by the due date and time.  Bids received after the specified date and time are considered late and will not be opened.
 
Bid submittals will be evaluated and qualified bidders will be invited to participate in the Electronic Reverse Auction to be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., unless extended by anti-bid sniping.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
