ONE (01) NEW MINI PUMPER FIRE APPARATUS VEHICLE
Per LA R.S. 38:2214 (A) The bids will be opened and read aloud.
 
General Description:Mini Pumper: One (1) New 2024 or newer, Ford F-550 rear axle drive 4x4, dual rear wheels (DRW), four
(4) door crew cab and chassis with XL trim with Fire / Rescue Prep Package (Detailed Specifics outlined in Specifications)
 
Delivery Times:Mini Pumper Delivery Time: Delivery of the proposed mini pumper fire apparatus shall be no later than 210 days from receipt of signed sales agreement with the selected bidder. The bidder shall ensure at the time of bid that all necessary arrangements, manufacturing processes, and logistics are in place to meet this delivery timeframe.
 
Pre-Bid Meeting: No Prebid Meeting/Conference Required 
Sealed bids will be received in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders, Louisiana Public Bid Law and the Bid Proposal Form. Bids shall be accepted only from firms and/or vendors who are qualified by the State of Louisiana for the lease and sale of specified equipment. Only a bona fide sealed bid will be considered at opening time, bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. Sealed bids may be hand carried or mailed to the address listed above.
