The district is requesting proposals/quotes for a literacy/math diagnostic, intervention, and supplemental program that can be used as a screener and diagnostic assessment program.  The product should also include learning paths for students with teacher resources for literacy and mathematics. 

Purpose of RFP: To solicit requests from qualified vendors to quote on Literacy/Math screener and diagnostic assessments with intervention programs.  Quotes are requested for individual student assessment subscriptions for Literacy and Math and/or school sites.  Intervention and supplemental applications that accompany the diagnostic assessment should also be included.
