SUBJECT: ROOF REPLACEMENT & EXTERIOR WATERPROOFING, CITY OF ALEXANDRIA, SWAT BUILDING
OWNER: CITY OF ALEXANDRIA
OPINION OF PROBABLE COST: $100,000
BID DATE:
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Alexandria until ten o’clock a.m. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2023, and then at said office, publicly opened, and read aloud.
The project site is located at 1237 Texas Avenue, Alexandria, LA 71301. The project consists of the following:
Base Bid: The Work of the Base Bid includes but is not necessarily limited to : Removal and replacement of the roof system to a fully adhered PVC tapered system. Change out cracked of damaged window glazing and re-seal all aluminum windows. Restore damaged area of concrete frame and recoat. Apply masonry water repellent to existing brick masonry.
• This project is to be completed in 120 days.
PLAN DEPOSIT:
Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined, and copies obtained for $200.00 per paper set, a disc of electronic documents in PDF format may be obtained for $5.00, or the electronic PDF documents may be emailed for $0.00, pending email confirmation of interested and approved entities. All emails will be screened. All bidders MUST be registered with the Architect.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE:
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00a.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at the job site. ATTENDANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Owner has chosen Central Auction House for receipt of electronic bids.
