The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport (MSPA) is seeking the services of a Vendor to assist the MSPA with construction materials testing and inspection services on current and future construction, maintenance and repair projects for the Port of Gulfport.  To further improve the Port’s involvement in maritime, non-maritime and commercial successes, the MSPA is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms interested in assisting the Port in its plan for economic development, financial growth and long-term stability opportunities at the Port of Gulfport.  The selected team will assist the Port in the following areas:
   Construction materials testing
   Inspection services
 The MSPA will receive proposals from Vendors having specific experience in the areas identified in the solicitation.  For consideration, proposals for these services must contain evidence of the Vendor’s experience and abilities in the specified areas and other disciplines directly related to the proposed services.

 The Request for Proposals packets are filed in the office of the Mississippi State Port Authority, Engineering Department, 2510 14th Street, Suite 1450, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501 and are by reference made a part of this notice.  All inquiries, including the Request for Proposals referenced herein, shall be in writing and directed to [email protected].  All proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
