NOTICE OF CALL FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the CITY OF BAKER SCHOOL BOARD SYSTEM, PURCHASING DEPARTMENT. Bid No. 18-2023/2024 JANITORIAL, CHEMICAL, LAUNDRY AND MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES (12 MONTH CONTRACT) Sealed bids may be submitted no later than Friday, May 26, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Late submittals will not be accepted. Sealed bids must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the firm and returned in a sealed envelope marked, JANITORIAL, CHEMICAL, LAUNDRY AND MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES No. 18-2023/2024, Attention: Alisa Sibley, also indicate the Bid Opening date and hour of opening. Bids will be opened and read on Tuesday, May 30 at 1:00 p.m. There is no pre-bid conference required. Vendor’s attendance is not required at the bid opening.

The City of Baker School Board System reserves the right to reject or waive any bids that have irregularities or informalities in the bid opening.
