The City of Pensacola is requesting sealed statements of interest and qualifications from firms with experience in planning and design of multi-level, multi-use parking structure. The desire for the structure is to provide additional public parking spaces for the city’s growing downtown area as well as build upon the downtown’s vibrancy with first and/or second floor retail / commercial activation. Services will include architectural drawings for research, information, construction options, and cost estimating.
