Sealed bids can be hand delivered or mailed to 1016 St. Mary Street, Thibodaux, LA 70301 or submitted online through the website address below. Copies of detailed specifications and the bid form may be examined online at www.centralbidding.com or obtained from the BLFWD in person at 1016 St. Mary Street, Thibodaux, LA 70301, by calling 985-447-7155, or emailing Ben Malbrough at [email protected].  Wherever in specifications the name of a certain brand, make, manufacturer, or definite specification is utilized, they are used only to denote the quality standard of product desired and they do not restrict bidders to the specific brand, make, manufacturer, or specification named; they are used only to set forth and convey to prospective bidders the general style, type, character, and quality of product desired. Equivalent products will be acceptable.
 
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all bids.
