The Itawamba County School District (ICSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Apple IT equipment and software licenses. The equipment will be used to enhance the technology infrastructure of the Itawamba Career and Technical Center.

**Scope of Work:**

- **Mac Studio (20 units):**

  - Apple M2 Max chip with 12-core CPU, 30-core GPU, 512GB SSD, 32GB memory.

  - Ports: Back: Four Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports, one HDMI port, one 10GB Ethernet port, one 3.5mm headphone jack. Front: Two USB-C ports, one SDXC card slot.

- **Apple Studio Display (20 units):** Standard Glass, Tilt-Adjustable Stand.

- **Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad (20 units):** US English.

- **Magic Mouse (20 units).**

- **Managed Licenses:** Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro.
**Proposal Submission Requirements:**

1. **Vendor Information:**

   - Company name, address, and contact information.

   - Brief company history and experience in providing IT equipment to educational institutions.

2. **Itemized Pricing:**

   - Detailed pricing for each item listed above, including any applicable discounts.

   - Total cost for all items.

3. **Warranty and Support:**

   - Information on the warranty for each item.

   - Details of any support services included with the purchase.

4. **Delivery Timeline:**

   - Estimated delivery time for all items from the date of order.

5. **References:**

   - Provide at least three references from previous clients, preferably educational institutions.
