The City of Natchez will receive sealed bids for the Natchez Golf Club at Duncan Park Phase I Restoration in the Office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, MS 39120, until 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, with bids then publicly opened, read aloud, and thereafter taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Alderman.

Principal items of work include interior demolition, exterior concrete ramp, front building exterior cladding replacement, new clad wood windows, steel window restoration, rough and finish carpentry, doors and hardware, full interior renovation of the front building and portion of the metal building, new electrical, fire protection, mechanical, and plumbing work.
