Professional Engineering Services
RELEASE DATE: May 1, 2023
Engineering firms are requested to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering and consultation services to the City of Vicksburg. The deadline for Bidders to submit written questions for information and/or clarification is 5:00 P.M. on May 19, 2023. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Board Room located on the Second Floor of the City Hall building located at 1401 Walnut Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39180.
The Packages containing Instructions for Proposers may be purchased in the City Clerk’s office for $25.00. Proposals shall be received in the City Clerk’s office at the address listed below by 9:00 a.m., May 25, 2023.  Proposers are cautioned that the Clerk’s office does not receive mail prior to 9:00 a.m. Proposals will be time-stamped upon receipt according to the City Clerk’s time clock.

Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Board Meeting on May 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in City Board Room, Robert M. Walker Building, Room 109, 1415 Walnut Street, Vicksburg, MS.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted in response to this RFP, or to cancel, in part or in its entirety, this request.
