RE:       Request for “Sealed Bids”, 2023-2024 for Fresh Produce
 
Please be informed that on Tuesday- July 11, 2023 the East Carroll Parish School Board authorized the advertisement of sealed bids. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 27, 2023. Bid opening will be 11:00 am November 28, 2023 in the boardroom of the East Carroll Parish School Board. All bid proposals must be forwarded to the East Carroll Parish School Board through the United States Postal Service or electronically online at www.centralbidding.com. NO HAND DELIVERED bid will be accepted.  The envelope containing the sealed bid shall be addressed to:

Bids submitted by U.S. Postal Service must be certified and arrive by the date and time prescribed above.  Any late bids will be returned, unopened.  All bids shall be clearly marked “BID: FRESH PRODUCE, November 28, 2023, at 10:00 A. M.”  After the official opening, bid recaps sheets will be provided to all vendors on the bid list.  The successful bidder will receive a bid recap sheet along with a purchase order.
