The Work includes selective demolition, new sidewalks, paving, landscaping, concrete foundations, structural steel framing, concrete masonry unit exterior walls, rough and finish carpentry, wood casework, hollow metal and wood frames and doors, aluminum storefront entrances, framing, and windows, door hardware, glazing, ceramic tile, carpet, acoustical lay-in and suspended gypsum board ceilings, solid surfacing, painting, gypsum board and metal stud interior walls, plumbing, heating-ventilating-air conditioning, electrical systems, lighting, fire alarm systems and other items shown on plans.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 3:15 p.m., February 12, 2015, in the HAWK ROOM at Hillcrest Elementary School, 301 East Kentucky Avenue, Ruston, Louisiana. School Telephone (318) 255-0550. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
