Notice is hereby given that Sealed bids for the following project, will be received by the Coahoma County Board of Supervisors in the County Administrator’s Office until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2023, and shortly thereafter they will be publicly received, and opened at 3:00 p.m. on that same date, at the Board of Supervisors meeting.

Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form published in the Contract Documents.

Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number unless a statement on the exterior says the bid enclosed is less than or does not exceed $50,000.00. Envelope containing bids must be sealed, marked and addressed with the Project Name as shown above.
