PUBLIC NOTICE
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT SALE
 
The Morehouse Parish School Board will offer for sale surplus items that are listed below.  The said items are located at the “Carver Elementary School Property”. 
All bids must be submitted on the Official Bid provided by MPSB or online at www.centralbidding.com. For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.  Appointments can be made to view all items for sale by calling Mrs. Barbara Smith, (318) 283-5039 or Mr. Tony Roberts, (318) 282 9293.  Bid packages can be picked up at Morehouse Parish School Board, P.O. Box 872, Bastrop, Louisiana 71221­-0872.
Bids must be delivered to the Morehouse Parish School Board no later than 10:00 A.M, August 2, 2016. Sealed bids that are hand delivered or sent by certified mail must be in an envelope clearly marked: "Bid for Surplus Equipment." Hand-delivered bids should be brought to the 4099 Naff Street address and bids sent by certified mail should be sent to the P. O. Box 872 address.
All equipment is being sold “as is and no warranty” given.  The Morehouse Parish School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any part and/or all bids when in the best interest of this system.
