ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 
 
 
The Harrison County Utility Authority requesting bid proposals to provide Grounds Maintenance Services for the administrative office, 10 wastewater treatment facilities, 52 wastewater pumpstations and 16 water wells/tanks and 7 water cts’s. Grounds Maintenance shall include mowing, trimming, weed eating, edging and other associated tasks at the HCUA’s facilities. Bids shall include all costs associated with providing labor, equipment, tools, vehicles, fuel and materials to perform requested service. The term for this service shall be for Two(2) years beginning January 1, 2020 with Two(2) – One(1) year extensions.
 
Bids will be received electronically at the HCUA bidding service provider, Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com, no later than 10:00 A.M. local time, on July 12, 2019. Bids are to be addressed to the Harrison County Utility Authority and shall be marked “HCUA Grounds Maintenance.” Bids will be tabulated and bidders notified of results.
 
The bidding documents may be examined at the Harrison County Utility Authority office at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, Mississippi 39505. The bidding documents may also be examined and/or obtained from HCUA’s electronic bidding service provider, Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Interested bidders shall electronically register with HCUA’s electronic bidding service provider to obtain bid documents and to participate in the bid process. Only bids from registered bidders (plan holders list) with Central Bidding shall be considered responsive and evaluated accordingly.
