The Work includes site work, concrete sidewalks, site drainage, extruded aluminum canopies, concrete foundations, brick veneer, cmu block walls, pre-engineered steel framing, finish carpentry, plastic laminated casework, storefront systems, hollow metal doors, wood doors, door hardware, glazing, lay-in ceilings, suspended gypsum ceilings, solid surfacing, painting, electrical, mechanical, fire alarms, standing seam metal roofing, granular surfaced spray-in-place silicone/polyurethane roofing and other systems as described in the contract documents.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., February 16, 2016, at the front entrance at Ruston High School Field House, James Street, Ruston, Louisiana. School Telephone (318) 255-0807. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
