Per LA R.S. 38:2214 (A) The bids will be opened and read aloud.

One (01) New 2024 or newer, Daycab Tandem Axle Truck (Detailed Specifics outlined in Specifications)
Delivery:
The number of delivery days of the specified Daycab Tandem Axle Truck after the receipt of the order (ARO) will/may be used as a factor in the award of the bid.
Pre-Bid Meeting: No Prebid Meeting/Conference Required
 
Sealed bids will be received in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders, Louisiana Public Bid Law and the Bid Proposal Form. Bids shall be accepted only from firms and/or vendors who are qualified by the State of Louisiana for the lease and sale of specified equipment. Only a bona fide sealed bid will be considered at opening time, bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. Sealed bids may be hand carried or mailed to the address listed above.
