The City of Pensacola is requesting sealed statements of interest and qualifications from professional Architecture and Engineering Project Management and Consulting Firms with experience in the following areas: project management from conception to completion, grant budgeting, community engagement, permitting, and construction management and administration, with said services being used for the Fricker Resource Center Renovation Project. This project is funded through the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program and the Multifamily Preservation and Creation Fund (MPCF) from Florida Commerce, requiring compliance with all associated federal, state and local regulations.
