The St. Mary Parish Water & Sewer Commission No. 3, acting through its President, Mike M. Ortiz, will receive
sealed bids for the 6” Waterline Replacement Along Yellow Bayou Road project, which consists of
furnishing and installing approximately 1,955 linear feet of 6” waterline pipe, at the St. Mary Parish
Courthouse, 5th Floor, Franklin, Louisiana 70538, until February 20, 2025, at 10 A.M. local time, at which time
and place, they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time set forth above for opening
of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
