The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting bids for furnishing winter and summer deputy, school guard, and correctional officer uniforms for a period of one year July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.Online bids are also being accepted at www.centralbidding.com
 
Successful bidder will be required to supply uniforms within ten (10) days of bid award and have uniforms in stock thereafter for issue with one day’s notice.  Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of delivery.
 
Specifications may be obtained online @ www.centralbidding.com or from the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, Motorpool Division at 137 Capital Blvd., Houma, LA  70360, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
 
Bids submitted must be sealed and submitted at the Sheriff’s Office, Motorpool Division at 137 Capital Blvd. Houma, LA 70360 no later than 10:00a.m. June 7, 2017 to Lt. Robby Dupre, Purchasing Agent. Bids received after that time will be returned unopened.
 
The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any bids deemed not in the best public interest.

To Whom It May Concern: The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting bids for furnishing Winter and summer uniforms for patrol deputies, school guard and correctional officers for a Period of one year, July 1, 2017 through June 30,2018. The packet given to you will consist of all specifications for the uniforms. The description of the uniforms is from Horace Small brand, Propper brand and Cornerstone brand. Any other brands will have to be equivalent to the brands mentioned in the specifications. All uniform pants must be altered to correct length as specified on each individual purchase order. All class “A” uniform shirts and jackets will have patches sewn on the sleeves. The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office will provide all patches. On all polo shirts, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office star will be embroidered on the left chest. The badge will be sewn as per purchase order with the following options: Sheriff, Major, Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Corporal, Deputy, Corrections, Dispatcher, or Civil. All freight charges will be added into the bid price of the uniforms. Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for freight expenses. All orders will be delivered in a timely manner. Any continuous delays may cause your bid to be rejected. The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any bids not deedmed in the best public interest.
