The St. Mary Parish Water & Sewer Commission No. 3, acting through its President, Mike M. Ortiz, will receive
sealed bids for the 6” Waterline Extension Along Darwin Road project, which consists of furnishing and
installing approximately 2,040 linear feet of 6” PVC waterline pipe, at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse, 5th Floor,
Franklin, Louisiana 70538, until May 16, 2024 at 10:00 A.M., local time, at which time and place, they will be
publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time set forth above for opening of bids will not be
considered and will be returned unopened.
