Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the Project named below by Hinds County School District until 10:00am on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
 
Project:            Diesel Generators for Gymnasium Power Backup (3 schools)
                                    Bolton-Edwards Elementary/Middle School
                                    Utica Elementary/Middle School
                                    Byram Middle School
                                    Hinds County School District
                                   Hinds County, Mississippi
 
Plans and specifications can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. For questions regarding website access, registration and downloading documents, please contact Central Bidding Support at 833-412-5717.
 
A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the Hinds County School District Main Office located at 13192 Highway 18, Raymond, MS 39154 beginning at 12:00pm on Thursday, October 31, 2024. All prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend.
 
Bid must be submitted by Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 10:00am. Bids may be submitted via mail, hand delivery or electronically via the website www.centralbidding.com.
 
The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, the right to reject any or all bids, and the option to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to sixty (60) days after opening of bids.
