Complete RFP documents with all instructions for this project are available in electronic form only. They may be obtained without charge and without deposit from the Allen Parish Engineer, Jacob Dillehay, P.E. at
[email protected]. RFP holders shall obtain a copy from the Parish Engineer to ensure that they are placed on the RFP holders list and to ensure receipt of all Addenda. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. NO PREBID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section; and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity.
