The Louisiana Water Company will receive separate sealed Bids for the Consolidation Waterline and Booster Stations, Contract No. 23-1994-48. The work consists of: furnishing and installation of approximately 14,600 feet of 6” PVC waterline with 8” HDPE for bores and 3” PVC in the final connection area, and furnishing and installing two (2) new booster pump stations. Includes all valves, hydrants, fittings and any other appurtenances required by this contract.
The Louisiana Water Company will receive Bids until 2:00 PM local time, November 12, 2024, at 8755 Goodwood Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70806. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. The outside of the Bid envelope shall be marked with the project title, name and address of the Bidder and current Contractor’s license number. This project is funded via the Office of Community Development’s Water Sector Program from the State’s allocation of ARPA funding from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund and all bidders shall meet all requirements of said program. Prior to award of this construction contract, Louisiana Water Company must obtain contractor clearance from OCD-LGA.
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
