INVITATION FOR BIDS
FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
 
                Sealed bids will be received by the Pontotoc City School District up to and no later than May 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CST, at 140 Education Drive, Pontotoc, MS 38863, for a Management contract for the District’s Food Services. A copy of the Request for Proposal can be obtained by emailing Beverly Williams at [email protected] or calling at 662-489-3336. Official bid documents are also available at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com). Electronic bids may be submitted at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com). For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central bidding at 225-810-4814.
                All interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference on May 8, 2024 at 9:00 am CST, at Pontotoc High School, 123 N. Main St., Pontotoc, MS 38863. Bidders not attending the pre-proposal conference will not be considered.
                Bids will be opened on May 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CST, at 140 Education Drive, Pontotoc, MS 38863. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package clearly marked as follows:
