            Request for proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office at 316 W. Main Street, Lafayette, Louisiana for the following:
 
Patient Pharmaceuticals and Pharmaceutical Services
 
            For information on this RFP, contact [email protected] at the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office.  Documents are also available at the Sheriff’s Office Website at www.lafayettesheriff.com.  RFP’s received after the above date and time will be returned unopened.  RFP’s will be evaluated by and purchased based on quality, cost and adaptability of said items.  The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed unsuitable in the best public interest.
