The Town of Jean Lafitte (Town) is hereby soliciting Statements of Qualifications (Professional Services Questionnaire) from persons or firms interested in providing professional engineering and supplemental services for:

General
Project will consist of all professional engineering architectural, and supplemental services necessary to develop public bid documents for the construction of Manila Village. Such services may include, and are not limited to:
 
Geotechnical Investigation and Engineering
Topographical Surveying
Engineering
Architecture
Materials Testing
Other Services as Necessary 

The project may include design of cabins, which replicate Manila Village, along the Jean Lafitte Nature Trail at the end of City Park Drive in Lafitte, LA.  The project may include a wood framed boardwalk, four cabins and all infrastructure required for the project to function.
 
The firms submitting a Statement of Qualifications (Professional Services Questionnaire) must identify all sub-consultant firms which they expect to use to provide professional services and submit a Statement of Qualifications (Professional Services Questionnaire) for each sub-consultant firm.
