Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City   Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on July 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.
 
Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on July 20, 2027 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
 
Project Scope: Furnish and install a 20 ton Roof Top unit heat pump package unit equivalent to existing.  Remove and dispose of existing unit.                                                                                                                                                         
Plans and Specifications:  Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open for public inspection at the office of Infrastructure and Public Services Administration, located at 2201 University Blvd., Tuscaloosa, Alabama and  plans,  specifications  and  other  elements  of  the  contract  documents  may  be  obtained  from  the  Office  of  the Engineer, designated as the office of the awarding authority for this purpose, located at 2201 University Blvd., Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  The contact person for the project is Lua Kennedy.  They can be reached at [email protected] and 205-248-5384.
