The City of Natchez, Mississippi, in partnership with the Adams County Board of Supervisors, will receive bids for the Morgantown Road Drainage & Reconstruction Project Phase II, Project No. STP-6052(2)B no later than 10:00 A.M. local time, Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in the office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, MS 39120 at which time said bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and thereafter taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Alderman.
The work shall consist essentially of the installation of underground drainage, pavement widening, resurfacing, striping, and signage in Natchez, MS.

Additional Notes/Requirements

The City of Natchez is in receipt of and will utilize Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure Grant funds pursuant to the MCWI Grant Program Act of 2022, Mississippi Senate Bill 2822 Regular Session; Grant #6-1-SW-5.6. The City of Natchez and Adams County will also be contributing matching funds for this drainage improvement project, also utilizing American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) / State & Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) from the US Department of Treasury and established under the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act.
