The St. Charles Parish School Board, hereinafter referred to as “School Board,” is seeking qualifications from registered lobbyist/firms in the state of Louisiana to provide legislative lobbying services at the state level on behalf of the School Board and its interests.
 
Qualified lobbyists/firms are invited to submit their qualifications for consideration in providing a proposal for this scope of work. The submission of a proposal in response to this RFQ will permit the School Board to objectively evaluate the submissions received.
