The Harrison County Utility Authority will receive sealed Bids for Generator – Keegan Bayou WWTP 336 Iroquois, Biloxi MS, 39533 until 10:00 AM, local time, Friday, February 25, 2022 at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503 at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids are invited for the disconnection, and removal of the existing generator, provide crane to remove and re-install, form and extend concrete pad if necessary, terminate all electrical, start-up, load bank testing and certification.
Bids are to be addressed to the Harrison County Utility Authority, 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503 and shall be marked "East Biloxi WWTP Admin Generator”
Bidding Documents may be examined, but not obtained, from the Harrison County Utility Authority, 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport MS, 39503. Official bid documents can be downloaded from www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids shall be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Harrison County Utility Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for Harrison County Utility Authority “ East Biloxi WWTP Admin Generator”, shall be submitted with each bid.
For Bids exceeding $50,000, bidder must indicate his Certificate of Responsibility Number on the outside of sealed proposal as required by Mississippi Law. For bids not exceeding $50,000, bidder must either indicate his certificate number, or else write clearly “Bid does not exceed $50,000.”
The Harrison County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
