Work on which Base Bid proposals are invited consist of the construction of a new 10-inch diameter waterline booster pump station located at the intersection of La. Hwy. 44 and Star Enterprise Road in St. James Parish. The work shall consist of a pre-engineered metal building on a concrete slab and foundation, with pumps and motors, ductile iron piping, valves, system controls and electrical equipment within the building. The site work consists of backfill and final grading, limestone surface, a concrete access pad, 10-inch C-900 waterline with valves and tie-ins to an existing 10-inch A.C. water main and other related items of work in connection therewith.
