The City of Natchez aims to achieve citywide open-access fiber to every premise to increase economic competitiveness, enhance smart city offerings, decrease the digital divide, and provide Natchez residents, businesses, and other stakeholders with the fastest internet speeds available now and into the future. To accomplish this, the CITY is seeking innovative partners to deploy a citywide open-access fiber network.  In your response to this RFI, please include at least the following information:
Notice is hereby given that sealed responses will be received by the City of Natchez, Office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, MS 39120 until the date and time cited below. Responses received by the correct date and time will be opened publicly and read aloud by the City Clerk (or designated representative). This RFI contains preliminary information to serve as a means of gathering information from the ISP industry and should not be construed as a Solicitation for applications or as an obligation on the part of the City of Natchez (CITY).
