Advertisement for Request for Proposal                
Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School System by the Purchasing Department located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508. Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal.
 
Sealed proposals will be received until March 20, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. CST for:
                       
                        Printing & Binding of Curricular Materials for Math and Science
                        RFP #55-19
                       
 
The RFP #55-19 is to obtain a proposal from a reputable firm for the procurement, printing and biding of instructional math and science materials to be distributed within Lafayette Parish School System.
 
A Request for Proposal package may be obtained from the Purchasing Department website at www.lpssonline.com/site638.php or via Central Auction House (registration required) at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com.  Specifications will be available Friday, February 22, 2019.
 
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 13, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. CST in the Personnel Conference Room located at 113 Chaplin Drive Lafayette, LA 70508.
 
On March 20, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. CST, proposal responses will be read aloud in the Personnel Conference Room.
 
The Lafayette Public School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services.  To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available.
 
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
