The Quitman County School District is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to provide security products and services on one or more projects on behalf of the Quitman County School District. The district desires a 100% turnkey purchase and installation of security laminate, security screen panels, security screen doors, ballistic board panels, and security door hardware at locations in the district schools. The entire Request for Proposals (RFP) packet can be obtained by contacting the District's Business Manager, Kenyatta McClain, at [email protected]. All responses must be submitted as outlined in the full RFP. All interested parties are solely responsible for obtaining the entire RFP, delivering the information requested by the RFP before the stated deadline, and for all costs associated with preparing and submitting the response. The completed responses must be delivered to Kenyatta McClain in the District's Central Office, 1362 Martin Luther King Drive, Marks, MS 38646, or mailed to Post Office Drawer E, Marks, MS 38646, before 10:00 a.m. on March 20, 2024, at accordance with the instructions contained in the RFP.
