ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
 
Sealed bids shall be received until 2:00 P.M.  Tuesday, June 23, 2020, by the West Feliciana Parish School Board, 4727 Fidelity Street, St. Francisville, La., 70775.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at the West Feliciana Parish School Board Office for the following.
 
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 12 at the front entrance at West Feliciana Middle School, 9559 Bains Rd, St Francisville, LA 70775. A visit to the site will immediately follow.
No bid will be accepted from any contractor who does not attend and sign-in at the Pre-Bid Conference.
