REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP 62-24-01)
FOR
TURNKEY PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF TELEPHONE, BELL, AND INTERCOM SYSTEM AT J. B. NACHMAN ELEMENTARY
 
Proposals should be in a sealed envelope/box, clearly marked with the following:

Sealed proposals will be received from qualified proposers until July 20, 2023 at 11:00am.   Late proposals arriving after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
 
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at J. B. Nachman Elementary Office entrance on July 11, 2023 at 9:00am. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors having not attended this meeting.
