Project  Description:

DEMOLITION of  existing  pavilion,  concession  and  slab;  NEW  5,000 square foot open, metal pavilion  with  new  foundation and  raised  stage; exterior  large-scale ceiling fans, LED lighting, power;NEW 600 square  foot concrete  block Concession  building (under new pavilion roof), with overhead counter-doors, ceiling fans, LED lighting, power, sink, countertops and small supply room;provide power connection and new light fixtures to existing Batting Cages;Site: Associated site  drainage  near  new  pavilion; site  lighting;  iron  fencing  and park sign; New Concrete walkway, masonry bench seating;minor site drainage modifications;  

Mandatory  Pre-Bid  Meeting: A Mandatory Pre-bid  Meeting  will  be  held  at 10:00 a.m.  on Thursday, August 30,  2018 at 2548 Cecilia  Sr.  High  School  Highway,  Cecilia,  LA  70521(Project Site).
