C. Project Description: ?Work includes the Construction of a New Tennis Complex, which includes the
following components: 12 new tennis courts, sidewalks, fencing, parking lot, and restroom and
concessions building.

Printing costs shall be the responsibility of the bidder.

F. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check for at least
five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Madison County Schools.
G. Bidders will be required to submit a completed copy of AIA Document A305 and its referenced exhibits,
which shall be furnished by the Architect. Documents shall be included as a part of the Contractor's bid
package at the time of bidding.
H. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00.2113 - Instructions to Bidders.
I. Bids shall be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Architect.
J. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days
after submission.
K. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
