Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2012 and then publicly opened and read for the sale of the following surplus equipment:

1 18.0 hp Briggs and Stratton horizontal shaft motor
1 3.5 hp Briggs and Stratton water pump
2 5.0 hp Briggs and Stratton 20 gallon air compressors
1 Weather Guard tool box for pickup truck

1 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4
3 1997 Ford F-150
1 1998 Ford F-350
1 1998 Ford F-150 4x4
1 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 (wrecked)

Bid to be submitted in sealed envelope marked “BID--SURPLUS EQUIPMENT.” Also include a description of the equipment as stated above.

Equipment shall be picked up within five (5) days of notification of bid award.

The Police Jury reserves the right to consider and/or reject any and all bids.
