ORDER OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
THIS DAY there came on for consideration by the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, Mississippi, a request from the Pleasant Grove VFD to sell a 2001 Dodge Truck which is no longer in use. The County Fire Coordinator, Daniel Cole, recommended advertising for bids. After discussion, it was unanimously resolved that the following notice to bidders be posted in three (3) places at least ten (10) days prior to the sale, to-wit:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, Mississippi, will on the 13th day of May, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., open all sealed competitive bids received by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 13th, 2019, for the sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, one (1) hydraulic excavator, as follows, to-wit:

Equipment will be located at the Pleasant Grove Fire Department, for inspection.
Sealed, competitive bids must be received in the Office of the Panola County Administrator on or before 9:00 a.m. on May 13th, 2019. Bids may be delivered to the Panola County Administrator’s Office, 151 Public Square, Batesville, Mississippi 38606, or mailed to the Panola County Administrator, P.O. Box 807, Batesville, MS 38606 or electronic bids may be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. The items will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The property is being offered “as is” without any warranties, except for clear title.
