REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting sealed proposals to provide Inmate Shower Waterproofing at the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office House of Detention Facility. Proposals must be received by Wednesday October 27, 2010 C.S.T. Proposals received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened.

The Department may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding of the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office that it is in the public interest to do so.

The Orleans Sheriff's Office reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the Facility.
