East Feliciana Parish Police Jury
Request for Annual Bulk,#57 Limestone Contract
 
The East Feliciana Parish Police Jury is accepting sealed bids for an annual contract for #57 Limestone.  Material must be from a Louisiana DOTD approved stockpile and conform with the Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges manual.  Bids will be for a minimal annual order of ten thousand (10,000) tons delivered upon request with a minimal order of thirty (30) tons to the East Feliciana Parish Department of Public Works located at 11947 Jackson Street, Clinton, LA 70722. Bids may be hand delivered, in a sealed envelope marked BULK LIMESTONE BID, to the East Feliciana Parish Police Jury at 12064 Marston Street, Clinton, Louisiana 70722, or mailed to EFPPJ (Bulk Limestone Bid), P.O. Box 427, Clinton, LA 70722. Bids must be received no later than 10:00am on June 9, 2021. Bids will be opened in public at 5:00pm on June 9, 2021. Winning bid will be awarded to lowest bidder that meets and agrees to all of the above listed criteria.
