ELECTRONIC BIDDING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Electronic and Sealed bids will be accepted for work required by bidding documents
entitled: HSSD ESSER IMPROVEMENTS: AUDITORIUM RENOVATION, HOLLY
SPRINGS SCHOOL DISTRICT, HOLLY SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI will be received at
Holly Springs District Office,840 Hwy 178 East, Holly Springs, MS 38635, until 2:00 PM,
January 12, 2023. Bids may also be submitted via electronically @
www.durrelldesigngroupplans.com. Questions regarding bid documents please

Conference shall be conducted at the HSSD District Office conference room on January
4, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 for a hard copy set, and $100 for a digital copy. Plan
holders must register with our plan room to access the documents. Registration is free
and easy. Contact Plan House at 662-407-0193 with any questions. Documents must be
purchased through the website at www.durrelldesigngroupplans.com.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project
Manual. Holly Springs School District reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject
any or all bids. All sealed bids shall be mailed or hand delivered.
