Completed bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (central time) on Monday, April 1, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 2:15 p.m. (central time). The JCSB reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to negotiate with any or all responsible firms, and to waive any informality in the process.
