The Pontotoc County School District will receive sealed and electronic time stamped bids at The Pontotoc County School District Board Room 354 Center Ridge Drive, Pontotoc, MS 38863, until 10:00 A.M. local time on June 30, 2022, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are requested for: Project: South Pontotoc - Classroom Building

Project Description: The Project consists of the selective demolition, construction, and alterations of existing building elements and utilities, as well as, site utilities, paving, and landscaping. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at The Pontotoc County School District Board Room 354 Center Ridge Drive, Pontotoc, MS 38863, at 10:00 A.M. local time on June 16, 2022.

Documents may be obtained only by general contract and subcontract Bidders. Others may view the Bid Documents at the office of the Owner and the following Plan Rooms:

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.

All bids submitted in excess of $50,000.00 by a Prime or Subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance, or related work must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985, by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors.

The following information must appear on the outside of the envelope containing the bid.

4. Bidder's License Number
5. Expiration Date of License
6. The Portion of Classification of Bidders License that Applies to this Project

Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.

Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, and/or, accept or reject any or all bids.
