As it was stated in the advertisement portion, the bid period is September 2011 to January 2012. There is not specific delivery schedule given. We require a 7-14 day turnover time for each order. I normally place orders either weekly or bi-weekly. The numbers given for the bid are approximations of what will be ordered for that entire time period. I will not take the entire amount at one time. Please notice the policy of state inspection certificates and letters that must be turned in as part of the bid documents.
