NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that written sealed term bids for bridge installation and bridge components for the period of January 01, 2025, through December 31, 2025, will be received by the Rankin County Board of Supervisors until 8:30 a.m. on December 02, 2024. Paper bids can be submitted to the Rankin County Board of Supervisors at 211 East Government Street, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.
The Board is acting under the authorities of 2 C.F.R., Part 200 and Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, Amended. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
BID NUMBER: 25-300-1 - Bridge Installation and Bridge Components
Any purchase orders issued to the successful term bidder pursuant to this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds made available through the Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure (MCWI) Grant Program. This procurement will be subject to the requirements of 2 C.F.R., Part 200, as well as Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, and other applicable federal, state, and local rules, regulations, codes and ordinances. Small and minority businesses and women’s business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or supply needs.
