Requests for Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for Sludge Removal at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and LDEQ Permitted Disposal.
 
The City of Alexandria is seeking professional services for the development of plans and specifications for the proposed project in compliance with the State of Louisiana guidelines.  The proposed project is envisioned to include but not limited to the following items of work: 
Prepare procurement documents for solicitation of proposals for services related to the removal and disposal of sludge at the City Wastewater Treatment Plant; which sludge is planned to be removed by dredging.
Provide program monitoring and administration of removal and disposal effort.
Prepare permit applications for removal for submission to Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.
